Q: What if my order isn’t delivered by the time specified?
A: First, make sure to search all your mailboxes (including spam folder) for “neilyhype.com” to verify that you have not in fact received your delivery. Then, if you have not received it, please let us know via our contact form.
Note: Make sure that you submit a valid email address with your order to avoid any problems in receiving your delivery. Email address must be spelt correctly and be active to be valid. If you think you’ve submitted an invalid email address, contact us with the order details and an alternative email address so that we can rectify it.
Q: In what audio format do you deliver the DJ drops?
A: You will receive the files in MP3 audio format. If there are multiple files, they will be compressed and sent as a zip file.
Q: Can my script contain expletives?
A: Yes.
Q: Do you do free revisions?
A: We’ll happily revise or re-record the drops if there are mispronunciations, or if words are skipped from your script. Apart from that, no.
Q: What is the maximum length of a DJ drop?
A: If you enter a custom script, the first 90 letters are free. Each additional letter will cost $0.2.
Q: What are your delivery times?
A: Within two (2) to five (5) days. You can also pay an extra for faster delivery.
Q: Where will the DJ drops be delivered?
A: To the email address that you provide at checkout.
