Q: What audio format will the DJ drops be delivered in?
A: You’ll get the files in WAV audio format.
Q: What if I paid for fast delivery but my order is not delivered within the time frame?
A: The delivery fee will be refunded if your order is not delivered within the specified time.
Q: Do you do free revisions?
A: I will happily revise or re-record the DJ drops if I mispronounced or skipped words from your script. If there’s a mispronunciation, you’ll need to email an audio sample of the correct pronunciation. Apart from that, I do not do free revisions.
Q: What is the maximum length of each DJ drop?
A: 10 seconds, but don’t worry much about that. Just don’t submit a long script that you know will run longer than an average reggae DJ drop.
Q: What are your delivery times?
A: Within two (2) to three (3) days. You can also pay an extra for faster delivery.
Q: Where will the DJ drops be delivered?
A: To the email address that you provide at checkout.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: PayPal. You can pay using your credit/debit card via PayPal as well (even if you don’t have an account)
